Due to the unique and many times one-of-a-kind nature of my designs and materials, all items purchased are final. 

Due to my made-to-order approach I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, as each piece has been carefully handmade with love for you.

My jewellery is delicate. 

I am happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to discuss possible options.

Please follow this care guide for long lasting jewellery:

Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, aerosols and cosmetics. This may tarnish and dull its appearance. Using a silver jewellery cleaner or polishing cloth to restore its shine can fix tarnishing.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while showering or bathing.

Avoid exposing your gemstones to salt water. 

Avoid exposing sterling silver to chlorine as it can tarnish its sparkle.

Always remove your jewellery before sleeping or participating in sport as it may be damaged and can tarnish with sweat.

Store your jewellery in the Tide. pouch provided with your purchase and try to keep pieces apart so that they don’t rub together and become scratched or tangled.

(Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading).
